The Attic Room
Tucked away in a private second floor setting the Attic Room features a luxurious hand crafted Copper roll top bath inlaid with Nickel and surrounded by amber uplighters. With hand held shower and centre taps this unique feature bath is perfect for relaxing or sharing.

The Waterside Rooms
The Waterside Rooms offer a Lake District influenced contemporary design in a unique location on the banks of the cascading Great Langdale Beck. The wonderful outlook of the beck and woodland beyond is enjoyed through the feature windows and patio doors to the private balcony. The combination of design, quality and setting of the Waterside Feature Rooms is unrivalled in the Lake District.

Lakeland Signature Rooms
The Lakeland Signature Rooms offer a choice of contemporary designs with traditional Lake District influences such as Heather, Tarn and Gunpowder. The rooms are found close to the reception, restaurants and spa in a mature woodland setting,  which is carefully nurtured by our dedicated grounds team.

Family Rooms
There are five family rooms each with a double sofa bed which can be discreetly folded away when not in use.

Built in 1836, The Silverdale Hotel is a listed building with a friendly atmosphere fully in keeping with the area and has been recently refurbished.

The Silverdale Hotel is a free house and provides good food and drink and comfortable accommodation, with a warm welcome and excellent service. Silverdale is a crowd free base for enjoying walking in the Arnside and Silverdale AONB, birdwatching at Leighton Moss RSBP Reserve or the wealth of historic and other attractions of the Lake District, Bowland and North Yorkshire Moors.

The Silverdale Hotel is a family pub and welcomes children. We have seven en-suite bedrooms and they have views over the bay, hotel garden or countryside.
On entering the Hotel through the wood panelled reception area you will find yourself in the main lounge bar, well stocked with beers, wines and spirits, we serve excellent varied bar meals daily. Besides the main wood panelled lounge there are other corners to relax, with cosy fires in winter and comfortable arm chairs. The conservatory is a large extension to the lounge and provides a light and airy dining area overlooking the beer garden. Beyond the conservatory is the Brittania Room, a comfortable dining area.

We have new menus and Sunday carvery, a greater choice of freshly home cooked fare.

The Greenhill Hotel (Nr. Wigton)

The Greenhill Hotel is a beautiful red sandstone Georgian mansion built in 1804 as a private residence and is set in nine acres of parkland. It offers a private and peaceful setting for a few days relaxation "away from it all" or perhaps a business meeting.
We offer 12 comfortable contemporary B&B guest rooms, all en-suite, with colour televisions, direct dial telephones and tea/coffee making facilities. Our rooms are available on a bed and breakfast (B&B) basis although it is possible to have Table d'Hote Dinner in our restaurant.

The vallum House Hotel commands an important site in History. The 'flat topped' hill on which we stand was used by the Romans as a signalling Garrison, and messages flashed from Burnswark on Solway and along the wall as far as Lanercost and Banks Turret.

Our first-class hotel at Burgh Road, Carlisle takes its name from Hadrian's Wall which used to stand nearby. Situated in a select residential area, en route to the Solway Coast, it is open for morning coffee, bar meals and luncheons from noon to 2pm. The Yewdale Hotel

The Yewdale Hotel is a situated in the centre of Coniston and therefore central for the scenic delights of the Lake District. Built of local stone and slate in 1896, it was once part guest house and part bank.

Eight centrally heated bedrooms with en suite, tv and tea-making facilities, provide comfortable, restful accommodation, and an excellent Cumbrian breakfast starts the day.

In the bar and dining room fresh seasonal produce features on a varied menu that includes plenty of choice for vegetarians as well as children's dishes. In addition, an extended bar menu is offered daily between 12 noon and 9pm.

The hotel is open daily for breakfast, morning coffee, snacks, lunches, afternoon tea and evening meals. Non-residents are welcome. All interests are catered for in the area, and the owners and staff are on hand to offer advice and information on how to enjoy them to the full. Fishing, boating, canoeing, walking and pony trekking are all available on or around Coniston Water, and those with energy to spare can tackle the climb up the 2,600' Old Man of Coniston. The Ruskin Museum in the village celebrates the life and work of the Victorian artist John Ruskin, and a short ferry trip across the Lake takes visitors to Brantwood, Ruskin's home for the last 28 years of his life.

The Crown Inn

The Crown Inn previously known as The Crown Hotel is situated in the heart of the English Lake District in the centre of the picturesque village of Coniston.
Only a short distance from the famous lake which Donald Campbell used for his water speed record with his jet boat Bluebird and only a short distance from the beautiful Tarn Hows.

Welcome to Gosforth Hall Inn, a place where we greet you as strangers hoping you'll leave us as friends.
Gosforth Hall is located on the Wasdale gateway, leading to Scafell Pike and Wastwater.

We provide eight unique bedrooms, most of which offer a mix of traditional oak beams and feature fireplaces. The top floor south wing boasts a four poster king size bed, 32” flat screen TV, a setee and an alcove with table and chairs. The bathroom is reputed to be one of the largest in the Lake District and houses a circular bath with overhead shower, two sinks, two mirrors, a dressing table and a lounging setee.

The Annex opened in December 2011 and was built to a high specification using quality products, materials. To complement the Hall its local slate and sandstone structures has given the build an impression of a conversion or renovation and attention to thermal and acoustic properties adds to the quality of the accommodation. Rooms in the Annex offer king size en-suite beds, solid oak doors and floors, flat screen TVs, iPod docking stations, WiFi and walk-in wet rooms. These rooms are renowned to be some of the best in the area.

Due to the nature of the bedrooms in the Hall we are only able to offer child friendly bedrooms in the Annex.
Gosforth Hall offers a large bedroom with car parking outside for people with mobility issues.
The bar, lounge and restaurant are all on the ground floor and are able to accommodate wheelchair users. The car park is gravelled and a member of staff should always be available to lend a hand.

The different standard of rooms available range from:
Classic, Standard have all the facilities but don’t have the views that other rooms enjoy.

Suites, with separate lounge and bathrooms which have whirlpool baths and walk in shower, they have views of the mountains.

We have two rooms on the ground floor, with access to the terrace, and honeymooners have a choice of romantic four-poster rooms or our suites. For families we have adjoining rooms with twin or single beds. There is a lift to both upper floors. Guests with dogs are invited to stay in our ground floor rooms.
